About Fire Risk Assessments
Since October 2006 it has been a legal requirement for UK businesses to carry out a fire risk assessment.
If your business employs five or more people then the assessment must be documented. It is perfectly acceptable to carry out your own fire risk assessments and there are some excellent government guides.
However if you are unsure about your competency or just don’t want the responsibility then we are here to help.
Assessments start at just £150 (typical common area of flat or HMO) and encompass a three stage process.
Contact us and we will arrange for a trained and qualified fire safety consultant to visit you and carry out a fire risk assessment on your behalf. He will then carry out a full fire risk assessment of your premises.
A fire-safety management report will then be compiled and presented to you.
Our consultant will revisit you and discuss the findings and any contraventions that need addressing. We can then help plan workable and cost-effective solutions that will help you comply with the all legislation and standards.
