We’d like to reassure our customers that as key workers we continue to provide our services, with added measures to ensure the safety of our customers and our team.
The Keybury Team are extremely proud to have been able to provide continuous emergency cover for our customers throughout 2020 and 2021. We are continually reviewing our systems and processes to ensure we are working in the safest possible way.
Whilst many official requirements relaxed in recent times, we have continued to practise all the strict measures that we put in place during lockdown. In line with government guidelines, we are practising the “Wash Hands – Cover Face – Make Space” mantra.
We have put into place additional hygiene measures and are taking extra precautions as part of our commitment to protecting families and businesses. All our engineers and surveyors have face coverings and gloves to wear on site, as well as hand wash and spray to wipe down surfaces before and after contact. We also offer COVID-19 testing to all our staff on a weekly basis.
Our team will protect you by keeping a safe distance at all times – and we ask that you do the same.
We are ensuring social distancing and confirming all premises that we attend are safe and symptom free.
Members of our team are following government guidelines and isolating if they, or someone within their family, household or bubble, experience symptoms of COVID-19. As a large team we are able to minimise the knock of effect of this on our customers but please bear with us if it is necessary to rearrange your appointment.
It may be reassuring for our customers to know that we have had a lot of positive customer feedback referring to our team’s care and attention to COVID safety when on site in homes and businesses. Only this week we have recieved an email from a customer who said:
“I spoke to Sarah in sales due to my anxiety around Covid about what to expect from your staff – again with kindness and professionalism she immediately provided reassurance which was a huge thing for me. Your Covid policy is superb and I wish everywhere else would adopt the same approach.”

All our services are still available, including new installations, servicing and 24 – hour emergency call out for customers with Keybury Maintenance Cover in place.
