Covid-19 Update

The Keybury Team are extremely proud to have been able to provide continuous emergency cover for our customers throughout the pandemic. We are continually reviewing our systems and processes to ensure we are working in the safest possible way.
Whilst official requirements have relaxed in recent months, we have continued to practise the measures that we put in place during lockdown. In line with government guidelines, we are practising the “Wash Hands – Cover Face – Make Space” mantra.
We continue to take extra precautions and hygiene measures as part of our commitment to protecting families and businesses. All our engineers and surveyors carry face coverings and gloves and are happy to wear them if you prefer. Our team also carry hand wash and spray to wipe down surfaces before and after contact. Please mention when booking if you have any specific concerns or requests.
Our team will protect you by keeping a safe distance at all times – and we ask that you do the same.
Members of our team are continuing to isolate if they test positive for COVID-19. As a large team we are able to minimise the knock of effect of this on our customers but please bear with us if it is necessary to rearrange your appointment.
It may be reassuring for our customers to know that we have had a lot of positive customer feedback referring to our team’s care and attention to COVID safety when on site in homes and businesses.

All our services are still available, including new installations, servicing and 24 hour emergency call out for customers with Keybury Maintenance Cover in place.
