Christmas Opening Hours
Our offices are closed over the Christmas period. We’ve recently published our Christmas opening times as follows:
- Friday 23rd December: Open 9am – 5pm
- Monday 26th December: Closed
- Tuesday 27th December: Closed
- Wednesday 28th December: Open 9am – 4pm
- Thursday 29th December: Open 9am – 4pm
- Friday 30th December: Open 9am – 4pm
- Monday 2nd December: Closed
- Tuesday 3rd December: Normal office hours resumed.
Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
What is Christmas Cover?
We provide Christmas cover to all our Keybury maintenance customers. Throughout the festive period, whilst our main office is operating limited opening times, Christmas Cover means that you can still access our complete support package throughout Christmas and New Year without interruption.
Keybury Maintenance Cover
Christmas cover is one part of the complete Keybury Maintenance Cover package that we provide to our customers for a monthly or annual fee. It means you can relax knowing that if you have any issues with your systems whatsoever, we’ll be there for you.
So; if your alarm is going off or making a strange noise, or you’re having trouble with any technical aspect using your cameras, our skilled engineers can provide technical telephone support. Our telephone technical support is available 24 hours a day; 365 days a year. At no extra cost.
Keybury Cover includes engineer call outs to faulty equipment too. You can access our engineer call out service which is available all day and all night – all year round. Should you need an engineer to help you, call our main number to be directed to our out of hours service. Our engineer will be in touch and, if telephone support isn’t appropriate, we’ll be with you as soon as possible.

How do I contact Keybury out of office hours?
If you need our team out of office hours, call our main number 01535 661197 to be redirected to our out of hours service. This is the best way to get in touch with us out of office hours. Other communication channels such as whatsapp and facebook messenger will receive response during office hours. Our out of hours phone number is available via our main number. It is a protected number so is always available. Please check with your telephone provider as their call charges may vary.
How do I get Keybury Cover?
Keybury cover is included in your annual maintenance charge. If you have a routine service with us, you’re covered. We are able to offer Keybury cover to new customers – even if we didn’t originally install your system. For more details contact us directly on sales@keybury.co.uk.
