At the end of every year we celebrate the Keybury awards. This has traditionally been a team “breakfast” event with all of us piling into HQ, eating bacon butties, exchanging gifts and celebrating the winners of our annual awards. In recent years, we’ve had to take this online and announce the winners remotely. This year our team met outside in small groups to celebrate the trophy winners.
The winner of administrator of the year was Sarah, service engineer of the year was Craig and installation engineer of the year was Adam. Each year we all vote for a colleague who has helped us – the person with the most votes wins employee of the year. In 2022 this was Shane, one of our installation engineers. The final award is the “people’s choice” which is given to the person with the most positive feedback. This year the winner was Mick, one of our service engineers.
