Keybury have always offered an ongoing support package for customers. The package includes a regular service of the system once or twice per year depending on the type of system you have in place. It doesn’t stop there though. This Keybury support package includes technical telephone support and use of our engineer call out service 24 hours day, 365 days a year.
What does this mean?
In reality this means that if you need us, at any time, you can call up and speak to one of our fantastic engineers. They’ll help you over the phone, or at your home or business. If you need help to access your CCTV on Christmas day, or your alarm is bleeping at 2am but you don’t know why, you can call us and we’ll be there. Today is no different. Our teams are on hand to help and provide support to the thousands of customers across the north of England who have Keybury maintenance cover.
Support when Isolating or Shielding
One part of the Keybury cover which is especially useful during the COVID-19 outbreak, is our 24 hour telephone support. If you need help with your home security system or you fire or security systems at work, you can call us and we’ll provide over the phone support. We offer this fantastic service exclusively for our customers who have a Keybury maintenance contract in place. If you do need us to attend the premises in order to resolve an issue, we will be there for you. You can be reassured that our team are practicing social distancing, hand washing and cleaning of equipment before and after carrying out any work. This is all part of our efforts to protect our customers and our staff.
