This transfer window is still open, and you are certainly taking advantage of it! January has been incredibly busy with people looking to transfer their systems to Keybury.
In recent weeks, we have been inundated with more calls than Antoine Semenyo’s agent.
Some things which have prompted calls to us have included power cuts and faulty parts, alarms going off that you can’t stop, moving house, home improvements and incidents prompting people to use systems they already have in place.
Lots of people are looking to add a Keybury as a key player in defence.
This Transfer Window Is Open
The truth is, when it comes to your fire and security systems, the transfer window is always open. This month has been particularly busy with customers joining “The Blues” for Fire alarm maintenance, CCTV repairs and intruder alarm servicing.
Keybury Fire and Security service and maintain fire and security systems – even if we didn’t originally install them. Often we’re called in to help when a customer can’t get in touch with their original installer. Keybury are local and reliable with over four decades in the industry and a local team; it’s our family business to protect your family and your business. Some of the reasons people have called on us in recent weeks include;
- Batteries needing replacing in wireless sensors or the main battery in the panel
- Power cut caused issues with the system
- Alarm going off and they can’t stop it – bleeping or sirening
- Repairs needed to faulty parts
- Having a new door fit so need a door contact refitting
- Moved to a new house and want to get the security alarm working.
- An incident has made them want to get their system working so they can use it.
- Wanting the system checking before going away on holiday – this is a really sensible idea for peace of mind during your break.
If you need help with your system, there are a number of options, ranging from a one off service to ongoing maintenance; a bit like buying a ticket for one match, or getting a season ticket.
A one off visit or a Season Ticket?
A one off visit to repair or service your system gives you up to an hour of our engineer’s time checking your system over, carrying out repairs and getting you up and running with your system. Like a match day ticket this is a single use option.
Another option is a full year’s cover. Much like a season ticket this gives you much more than one visit. Keybury Fire and Security can take over the maintenance of your system, which includes 24 hour support, priority response and annual checks. It’s this option that is particularly popular at the moment.
