I recently spoke to a customer who had his intruder alarm system installed in the 80’s by Frank, our Managing Director. This sort of conversation isn’t unusual as so many of our customers have been part of the Keybury family for decades. Frank no longer installs the systems but he’s still regularly found at our Keighley offices with his trusty side kick, Fergus the dog. (Fergus has more ‘ripping out’ experience than ‘installing’). If you’re a follower of Keybury you’ll know that Fergus is regularly joined in the office by Geoffrey and Bobby. We really are a pet friendly security company!
It’s always a pleasure to speak with our customers, new and old. Often customers have grown up with a Keybury alarm in their home and when they move into their own place they want a Keybury alarm there too. Another recent call was from a retired teacher who had recognised the engineer fixing their alarm from a classroom several years ago!
