Here at Keybury we pride ourselves on the high level of customer service we provide. Our engineers undergo continued training to ensure a high standard of technical service as well as helping customers with any queries and instruction needed.
It is always great to hear from our customers about their experiences with us and over the years we have received encouraging feedback about outstanding customer service from staff in all our departments.
Recently we received comments from a customer after an installation of an access control system in a residential apartment complex – The Lawns in Ilkley.
The property manager said, “I have had nothing but praise from everyone for the considerate and polite manner in which your engineers worked – they accommodated any individual needs, worked tidily and with such a good attitude despite it being a complicated and time bound job. They were an absolute credit to Keybury.”
Adding, “From my own point of view I express all of the above and can only add that in 10 years of overseeing major projects like this it is the only one where I have not had a single niggle or moan from any of the flat owners. We’re all absolutely delighted and would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone who has been involved at all stages of the project.”
