We’re recruiting for two different roles
The two roles are in two different areas of the business; admin and engineering.
The first is an experienced admin team member to join us in our busy office. Our new recruit will be taking and making phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
The second role that we are recruiting for is a trainee installation engineer. We’re looking for someone to learn the ropes (or wires!) of installing fire & security systems in homes and businesses.
Admin Team Member
We have an exciting opportunity to join our admin team. You’ll need to have a minimum 2 years experience in an administration role. The role will include speaking with our customers, booking appointments, taking payments, credit control and general administration duties.
You will be working as part of our dynamic team to provide an outstanding service to our customers.

Trainee Installation Engineer
Are you a “hands on”, practical person with a “can do” attitude? Do you want to learn new skills from experienced colleagues in a supportive environment?
We are looking for our next Trainee Installation Engineer to work with and learn from our senior engineers, installing fire and security systems in domestic and commercial premises.
We provide in-house coaching and on-site training and lots of practical experience along the way to support you in your journey to becoming a fully trained Fire & Security Installation Engineer.
This position is based out of our Keighley HQ and will involve working across Yorkshire and Lancashire. It’s full time, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
