The Keybury team have been closely following the status of the COVID-19 outbreak. We are reviewing our systems and processes on a daily basis.

In line with UK government guidelines, routine non urgent visits have been suspended. We would like to confirm that we are still operational. Our 24 hour call out service is in place as usual. We want to reassure our customers that we are continuing to provide our emergency call out, telephone support and urgent fault repair services. If your system is due for renewal, your service can be taken at a later date. Please contact us to renew and ensure continuity of cover and use of emergency call out during this period. 

We are taking extra precautions as part of our commitment to protecting families and businesses. We have put into place additional hygiene measures, following the advice of W.H.O. and the UK Government.  Our staff are taking extra steps, such as hand washing before and after attending each appointment. Engineers carry wipes for use on equipment before and after carrying out work. They’ll protect you by keeping a safe distance at all times – and we ask that you do the same.
