A1 company - We had Mick (assessor) come around to our house considered all the security issues and provided a detailed assessment for our requirements. Dale the gentleman who carried out most of the work was exceptionally experienced, he provided us with in depth details of the equipment and its function and ensured all was properly operational at each stage of the installation, he undoubtedly a is a credit to Keybury. Excellent firm cannot recommend enough for your home security, they are on hand for queries should you require after sales support.

I recently had an alarm system installed by Keybury. I was keen to go with a local company as our last alarm company was bought out by a large national/international company and the customer service wasn't very good. Keybury haven't disappointed. The survey and installation went very smoothly, the system is excellent and the support and after sales service is also very good. Keybury's installation costs were a bit more expensive than the large national company I also had a quote from, but they discount the installation costs against the higher longterm maintenance costs. With the national alarm company it felt like every contact was an opportunitry for them to make a sale and tell you how old and unsupported our alarm system was. With Keybury you get a lot more personal service.

An absolute brilliant installation from Gina at Keybury! She provided expert advice and tackled a complex install. The job was neat and tidy and given we had just had decorating in all of the house she was able not only to not damage the decor but thoroughly clean all the areas she worked within. Amazing service from start to finish. The initial appointment and survey provided us with the recommended quantity of cameras and positioning. I didn't feel pressured to buy above and beyond our requirements. All items are top quality and reasonably priced in comparison to other companies.
Matty and George provided expert fitment of the equipment, very neatly presented with all external cabling hidden out of sight. A very neat and tidy finish. They also took the time at the end to explain functionality of the application. Very polite and knowledgeable.

After being let down by our previous alarm company (AXL Alarms, now Securacom) for the third year in a row (having to re-arrange the annual service visit at short notice - their issue, not mine....twice due to the engineer calling in sick and once because they "went to the wrong house") we decided to give Keybury Fire & Security a try based on recommendation. The engineer turned up at the agreed time, replaced the bell boxes and serviced our system. He was polite and courteous throughout and managed to complete the work without any fuss or complication - thank you Andrew! Really pleased with the service - our old company are now refusing to let me have the engineer code for the system though, which is frustrating. IT is because of their poor service that I've had to change, but on first impressions, it is a thumbs up for Keybury Fire & Security.????

Matty from Keybury came to update our system by installing new key pads, several sensors, the main box and the new external boxes. He checked all elements with us before starting and then took us through the system before leaving, including the new app. He did an excellent job and left absolutely no mess. We had Shane from Keybury to fit a new alarm and CCTV. He worked really hard, was very pleasant and very careful to clear up any mess including washing his hands frequently so he didn't mark our walls . The system itself seems a big improvement from our old alarm.

I had a fault with my Keybury Alarm system earlier today - reported at 12:05 and my engineer turned up at about 1:30. Andy knew immediately what my issue was (a fault with my alarm box outside) and fixed it. Andy is always friendly and is a real asset to Keybury. Was having problems playing back my CCTV that was installed by Keybury, spoke to Lisa McDougall, who was so helpful and got an engineer to call me straight away, I was up and running within the hour, she also arranged for extra cameras so that all our shop floor is covered, she was brilliant and I would highly recommend Keybury.

We have recently had our CCTV installed by Keybury and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The process was easy and from the outset they listened to what we wanted and recommended the best solutions. The App is amazing and certainly gives us everything we need. Notifications when someone crosses onto our property and as we also have the house alarm through Keybury too, this means that we can also set the alarm from our phone when we are settled into bed at night. Everyone we met from the surveyor to the installation engineer were extremely polite and on the day of installation there was minimal disruption and our home was left clean and tidy when they had finished. Thanks very much for a seamless service from start to finish.

I’ve dealt with this firm personally and professionally for well over 20 years. They are a great firm headed up by a throughly decent man called Frank Gee. All the staff and engineers are very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had alarms, including upgrades, door entry systems and fire security work done. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for this kind of work.

Had the team on site for 3 week fitting access control to all doors, this has made our working environment safer yet easier to access for staff, James has been amazing and has explained the process every step of the way. Great service, minimum hassle. Engineer Adam was extremely polite and efficient at installing a home camera system. He provided complete set up of both hardware and software as well as App tutorial. An electrician was booked for a plug socket instillation, all work was completed the same day in a timely fashion.

Had my cameras fitted at home today by the very helpful Adam and Shane. They did an amazing job, no mess, neat wiring and cameras exactly where and how I wanted them. Also took me through how to use cameras on my phone in detail and didn’t leave until I was happy and understood, answering all my questions along the way!

Really helpful from start to finish. Plans were drawn up quickly, the finance department worked with the council, as part of the payment was a grant, without a hitch. The installation was completed in cold and wet weather without a hitch and the engineer and assistant were great. All in all a fantastic job done.

KeyBury always provide great customer service. I reported one of my CCTV cameras was faulty, they attended the next day to confirm the fault, then replaced the camera two days later! Adam did a brilliant job fitting our Wireless alarm system yesterday. He was extremely tidy and made minimal amount of noise when fitting the system. He was very clear in what he was doing and asked at all stages where we would like equipment sited. After fitting he went through all the functions of the alarm and explain clearly how to use the equipment.

Guy who came to do a quote was really friendly, honest and not pushy. We upgraded to a wireless system rather than trying to work with an old one that was with the house when we bought it. Installation was brought forward a few weeks which worked well for us. Toby came to fit..very polite, courteous and got on with the job. Explained system thoroughly and left the house tidy. Price was very reasonable and we are happy with the result.

I usually get 3 quotes for works such as these and Keybury were very competitive. Having previously worked for Keybury I was very familiar with the company. We have bought a house that required an alarm install. The engineer was very respectful and explained the operation of the wireless system well. Clean job with very little disruption, considering my partner was also working from home. He said he barely noticed we were having work done. We now have peace of mind and feel reassured at night time. The new alarm system has also contributed to transferring our 8 month old son into his own room!! Very happy with the service and look forward to our future here ?

Great, reliable company; Shane arrived on time with all the relevant kit for our CCTV installation. After he had completed the installation Shane went through, in detail, how to operate the system - nothing was too much trouble. Sales, installation and accounts were all absolutely first class. They made the whole process of installing a new cctv system painless. The installation team were great, I thought that the wiring would be a bit tricky but they made light work of it and completed a very tidy job within the timescale expected. I’ll be using them to update my alarm system as a consequence of my experience.

Had a very good experience to add to our system after building work. First a survey from Jarlath who thought the work would need 2 visits but combined them to only charge for a half day. Dale came and ran all the wires for new sensors - very neat and clean with the minimum of fuss just got on and worked his way through. Today Adam fitted the new sensors very efficiently and then had to patiently and clearly explain the system to my wife “who doesn’t do technology”. Thanks for that.
