Keighley-based Keybury Fire & Security has appointed Patrick Beebe as operations director.
Patrick, 37, from Harrogate, first joined Keybury in 1987 as an installation engineer, later becoming a service engineer, then engineering manager of the group’s Shop Alert Plus division, which designs and installs retail communication and major incident management systems at UK shopping centres.
He left the company to establish and run his own home audio-visual equipment supply and installations business for two years, before returning to the Keybury fold in March this year.
In his new role, Patrick is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the company’s sales, service and installation teams, along with quality control and infrastructure.
Managing director Frank Gee said: “Patrick has proved a valuable member of the Keybury team. His appointment to the board both recognises and rewards his contribution to the company over many years.”
Keybury Fire & Security, which also has offices in Skipton, Ilkley and Harrogate, now has a near 9,000-strong customer portfolio and continues to win new intruder and fire alarm, and CCTV business across the region in both the domestic and corporate sectors.”
