Keybury Christmas hours differ slightly from our usual, as with most businesses. Here’s an update to our office hours for the festive period 2025. Our 24 hour emergency call out is in place throughout.
Keybury Christmas Hours
We’re open as usual on Monday 23rd December, when we’ll be holding our annual Christmas breakfast and celebrating our team. As usual, we close Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Our head office will be open during the “twixmas” period; 9am – 4pm on Friday 27th, Monday 30th & Tuesday 31st December. Normal hours resume on Thursday 2nd January.
Emergency Support Over Christmas
As with every year since our inception in 1982, our team will be on hand for customers with emergencies throughout the Christmas period. All customers who have Keybury Maintenance Cover in place benefit from the use of this 24 hour support service. It includes use of our telephone support line and access to our out of hours call out facility. So if you need help with your alarm or CCTV or the fire alarm in your business, you can contact us directly. Call our main number 01535 661197 at any time to be direct to our out of hours service.
Please note our social media, email and whatsapp should not be used to report a fault with your system as these are only logged during our office hours.
