Christmas came early for Saltaire’s Sarah Clifton when she was presented with a brand-new i-Pad by Keybury Fire and Security.
It was the star prize in a competition run to mark the Keighley-based company’s 30th anniversary year in 2012, when Keybury invited entrants to ‘like’ its Facebook page and nominate their favourite invention over the past three decades.
Sarah snapped up the i-Pad when stating: “It has to be digital camera. So many precious memories can be captured and saved, all kept in one place, with so many options available what to do with captured and saved pictures.”
The early Christmas present was timely too, as Sarah said her computer was out of action.
“I am so excited and really looking forward to getting to grips with my new i-Pad,” she said, after receiving it from Keybury’s managing director Frank Gee, though she did admit she would be seeking expert tuition from her daughter Rachael, 23, a teacher, and 22-year-old son Ben, who is a manager.
