When you choose to have a Keybury fire or security system installed in your home or business, you can then opt for our maintenance cover.

What’s included in Keybury Maintenance Cover?

Many of our customers have had Keybury Cover in place for decades, as it provides peace of mind. Of course, your maintenance cover includes your routine service visit. This ensures your system is working as it should, with checks on your back up batteries and system devices. It’s also a good opportunity to discuss any amendments you need to make to the system. For example you might have recently adopted a dog, or may be planning to add an extension to your home.

Twenty Four Hours

Our customers also benefit from priority same day response, and use of our twenty four hour emergency call out service. This gives you the benefit of our expert engineers on hand whenever you need them. In addition, our twenty four hour telephone support line can often help resolve queries over the phone – again this is manned by our helpful engineers and is available exclusively to customers with Keybury cover in place.

Non urgent enquiries can be sent via our social messaging pages or support@keybury.co.uk, but it’s important to note these will only be picked up during our normal office hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
