Here at Keybury we continue to grow as a company while staying on top of the competition with new technologies.

We encourage a ‘train to gain’ programme within The Keybury Training Academy. This enables our staff to further the extensive knowledge which they already hold – creating a top class team.

The introduction of the Keybury Academy has been a huge success within the company. Every discipline and level, has the possibility to be graded at Pass, Merit or Distinction. Our Engineering Director Jon Kendall has said “The investment into the training programme has proved a success, friendly competition within the Keybury Team means we have gained more experienced engineers throughout the company”.

As a company, we reward all employees for their hard work. This reflected in our annual Breakfast, having the opportunity to thank all the team at Keybury for their contributions and efforts throughout the year. In each department we award an individual who has gone that little bit further with performance, attitude and service to customers.

Currently Clare, New Business Clerk from the Admin team win this award. With her commitments to offering the best possible service to our customers, along with supporting and guiding colleagues across all departments – this was a commendable win!

Adam Baird also won the top spot in the individual department awards! Working as one of the engineers, with his consistently good installation practices along with a super ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Investing in our staff means we are investing in our customers and the service we provide.
